Weekend Pole Calisthenics
Weekend Pole Calisthenics
All Levels
Ready to build the raw functional strength, iron grip, and bulletproof joints required to level up your pole game? Pole Calisthenics is a conditioning-focused class designed to make you stronger, lighter, and more in control of your body—both on and off the apparatus.
This class strips away the choreography and focuses purely on bodyweight strength, targeted conditioning drills, and flexibility. By combining calisthenics principles with pole-specific mechanics, you will build the scapular stability, core endurance, and upper-body power needed for inversions, dead lifts, and holds.
What to Expect
Targeted Strength Drills: Master foundational calisthenics and pole conditioning movements designed to bulletproof your shoulders, back, and core.
Grip & Inversion Prep: Build the specific pulling power and body awareness required to hold yourself with ease and confidence.
Active Flexibility & Conditioning: Improve joint health and muscle balance so you can move safely and powerfully during your regular training.
Instructor Note: Stronger bodies mean safer, freer movement. Come ready to put in the work and watch your baseline strength skyrocket.
All levels welcome (modifications provided for all strength levels)
What to Wear?
Workout clothes you can sweat in, grip aids (if desired), and a water bottle. (No heels required—just you and your grit!)
This class is limited to 9 students, so you may be sharing floor space with others. This class also has an online option with up to 8 people attending virtually.
Make sure you wipe everything down when you are done, and be mindful of the next class arriving. Don't forget to bring your water! Have a great class!
