My name is Fox, I am non-binary and use them/them pronouns. I have been taking POUND classes for 4 years and have been POUNDPRO certified for around one. I have been a musician all of my life, and I became a dancer when I joined winterguard in 2008, and then again when I started taking pole classes in 2017. Music is absolutely the core of fitness and wellness for my own personal journey and I’m very happy to share that with you!
