In this workshop, Lovely will be introducing you to basic dance heel choreo and instruction.
Students will be able to learn how to:
- Walk in heels
- Move in heels
- Learn basic choreo in heels
Leave feeling more confident with movement in dance heels!
What to wear?
Heels for this class are dance heels and NOT platform pole heels. Wear comfortable layers you can move freely in, that make you feel good.
This class is limited to 8 students, so you will be sharing dance space with others.

You Are Always in Charge of Your Body & Your Workout
For safety and learning, your instructor may offer students hands-on spotting during the class. Instructors will always clearly explain how hands-on assistance will be given for each trick, and each student's consent is always requested and respected when offered a spot. Students are not encouraged to spot others for safety reasons.

Workshop registrations cannot be canceled, only be transferred once to another session of the same or lower price, like a workshop, class, or pole lab. Send transfer requests via email to Office Team during business hours 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Transfers can only be processed during Office Hours. You may only request one transfer per ticket.
Bookings will stay open for dancers to register until this session begins!
