This is the ONLINE version of the in-studio workshop with Jolene!
Chair & Pole Dance
Beginner / Intermediate Level
Using basic dance movements and transitions, we will flow through multiple acrobatic dance combos including balances, slides and tumbles using the chair & pole.
Recommended attire: shirt covering shoulders, pants, kneepads, socks, heels optional
Pre-Reqs: shoulder stands on floor & shoulder rolls

This class is limited to 7 in-studio students and 8 online. Be mindful that internet and connection issues may occur during your class. We will always do our best to ensure online students have a great experience, but some things can be out of our control.
