Summer Camp Workshop: Fifi Sock Flow w/ Fifi Bamboo
Fifi Flow is a beginner/intermediate-level choreography class perfect for students who want to explore slow and intentional movement close to the ground but also want the space to explore the fluidity of their own style!
Fifi’s classes are great for students who want freedom to connect to the music, and for those who want to begin their freestyle journey.
Prerequisites & recommended attire:
• familiarity with any style pirouette
• basic shoulder roll
• wear removable layers; sweatpants welcomed
• socks to slink around • knee pads

Arrive early (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.
This class is limited to 7 students, so you may be sharing a pole with one other student.
