60min Duo Spin Pole Workshop with Cris Rivers & Mændy Mac
This fun workshop is for pole dancers Level 1+ who want to take their spin pole practice to the next level.
We will start with a warm up including some Acro Yoga poses to help our partners stretch. We then move into low pole beginner Double spins.
After this we will learn a Doubles climb that starts static and puts you into a spin. After learning to climb the Doubles way, you will get to try your hand at a few higher spin pole Doubles tricks.
Don’t forget to practice with your friend during our Freestyle at the end of class followed by a relaxing cool down.
Navigating the pole with a partner takes practice, and this workshop will give you the skills to be a patient, strong, and creative spin pole partner!
