Online Sexy Floorwork
This is the online version of the in-studio Sexy Floorwork class.
We'll be getting sexy on the floor and the base of the pole in this 60min class, open to all levels. Learn sexy floorwork moves, handstands, and static pole moves that lead to a flow that repeats on both sides.
Leggings and sock are recommended, and heels and knee pads. Class will end with conditioning, and stretches.

This class is limited to 5 in-studio students and 8 online. Be mindful that internet and connection issues may occur during your class. We will always do our best to ensure online students have a great experience, but some things can be out of our control.
