A Special 60min Chair Dance Workshop
Are you looking to unapologetically express your sensuality through movement? Get down and dirty while learning sultry dance moves on and around your chair without judgement? If you want to re-ignite your confidence while toning your core, legs and bum at the same time, this class is for you! Let's get our bodies rolling, hair whipping and hearts pumping in the 60 minute sexy chair dance workshop.
Class will start with a fun and sexy dance warm-up to prime your body for the sexy chair dance and floor work ahead of you. You will then learn a 2-3 minute chair dance routine that we'll put to music. Class will end with a half choreographed, half freestyle striptease, followed by a short cool down session. You'll leave feeling sexy, sassy and full of confidence.
What to wear/bring:
Comfortable workout clothing or spice it up with some fun leg warmers or stockings for those sexy floor slides.
Bring socks and an extra loose layer to peel off during the striptease portion. 2 inch or smaller heels can be used but not necessary.
Knee Pads are highly recommended and don't forget a water bottle or two because it's gonna get hot in here!
Suitable for all levels. ALL are welcomed.

Please remember to check if your class is being held in our Main Studio in Suite #93A or our Down the Hall Studio in Suite #95G. Arrive early if you are unsure (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.
This class is limited to 6 students, so you may be sharing a pole with one other student.
For pole classes held in our Down the Hall Studio, please let us know if you prefer using our Silicone Pole instead of Stainless Steel at least 2 hours prior to class start time so your teacher can accommodate.
Don't forget to bring your water!
