If you are brand new to pole, this 60min class is for Beginner students looking to learn the basics of pole. Become familiar with the different hand grips, points of contact and how they are used, basic spins, tricks and conditioning on the static pole helping you build strength and coordination. Class will end in a guided freestyle that will help you feel more confident dancing with the pole, and a final stretch to ensure your muscles stay lengthened after making them stronger.
