This 60min class is open to All Levels, and runs like a Yin Yoga class where we hold poses rather than actively stretching. Each class is designed to help improve the range of motion in your muscles and joints to perform those sexy Flexy Tricks we all love so much as well as relaxing your mind and body for the week. Wear yoga or pole clothes, something comfortable to stretch in and maybe try a flex move on the pole at the end of class. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blocks, and straps or use what we have in studio.
