La Reine is a Boston area queer low flow pole dance artist focused in sensual movement. He was drawn to pole dance as a way to express his inner femininity, sensual and seductive side, and to feel more comfortable in his body. He has previously performed in Haute Velour 2023 (Hard Carnal), Skripped Down 2023 (Sensual) and various Boston area showcases. La Reine was drawn to dance in these shows due to the heavy influence the founding artists (Carmine Black, Maddy Frechette; Haute Velour and Onyx Sachi; Skripped Down) have had on the pole dance industry coming from their background in the strip clubs, as pole dance was founded and pioneered by strippers. He hopes that pole dance can help his students in the same way to bring our their inner sensuality.
