Betty Hoop
Liz Arruda (Betty Hoop) is a professional circus artist, performer, and hoop fitness instructor local to Rhode Island with over 8 years of experience studying flow arts and is certified with both NASM and AFAA. She is the owner of Apogee Flow Toys which specializes in customized fitness and dance hoops, which you can find for sale at all of her workshops.
