Jenna Rae

Jenna has been dancing since the age of 5. Her first job was teaching ballet to kids at age 16. She competed throughout her teen years in tap, jazz. lyrical and modern. She is a certified yoga instructor with a focus on mindfulness. Jenna added pole and chair dancing to her life as a way to not only stay physically fit but to tap into her sensual side. She is currently working on her SEXIFY Certification and is excited to bring new ways for dancers to express themselves at the studio through different forms of dance that will also enhance their pole routines. 

Jenna feels it’s very important to take time for yourself, to maintain a healthy mind. She believes that moving your body through dance improves the mood and reduces the feelings of depression and anxiety. 

Jenna wants to invite all to try her classes, workshops, and pole parties as she feels that we all have an inner fierceness that is awaiting to come through.
