Mændy began her professional performance career out of high school as a Stripper in CT & VA, and after college toured with modern dance companies Clark Dance Theatre and Soma Dance Company. She was a founding member of the Beat City Beauties Burlesque Troupe, and the Director of circus troupe, Cirque To Go. Mændy and her business partner Maryna opened dance studio Pole in the Wall in Springfield, MA in 2018, and then Mændy became sole owner in 2021. 

With her degree in Dance, Mændy has a background in ballet, modern, tap, and jazz styles. Mændy has also trained for aerial arts on trapeze, lyra, and of course the pole where you can find her exploring her love of low flow, floor work, and sensual styles. In the past few years, Mændy has taught at Pole in the Wall, Body & Pole, Fly Together Fitness, LOVE Pole Fitness, and Full Circle Brooklyn.

In the competitive Pole Dance World since 2015, Mændy is has competed, coached, and judged for Pole Sport Organization, USPDF, and The Pole Circus. In 2021, Mændy qualified for the PSO Nationals and competed as a finalist in the Artistic Professional Championships.

Mændy is a trauma-informed coach who is certified to teach pole and flexibility from the elevatED training at Body & Pole in NYC, and takes every opportunity to continue her education in this ever-evolving sport. As an athlete with hyper mobility, Mændy is a patient coach and understands that while every body is different, we all can find a place on the pole. 

Mændy is also a co-host of Pole on the Call Podcast, a podcast for pole lovers with new episodes on Thursdays.
