ONLINE Summer Camp: 🍌 Front Splits for Pole Dance w/ Cris Rivers
All Levels!
Break through your flexibility plateaus with this targeted class.
We combine Active Flexibility drills and PNF techniques to help you build the strength needed to hold your front splits with control, rather than just relying on passive gravity.
Learn to safely engage your muscles to achieve deeper, more sustainable range of motion.
What to wear:
Come in comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. Please bring socks and leg warmers to help with sliding during drills.
