This is the online option for the in-studio Morning Drip Class.

Pole Lab: Morning Drip
Level 1+

Wake your body up with intention, fluidity, and a little drip. Morning Drip is a 60-minute instructor guided class that blends sensual floorwork, low-flow pole, and general pole movements. 

During the 30-minute Lab portion, explore movements and freestyle at your own pace. Ease into your day with strength and softness. 

Class begins by warming the body through grounded mobility and guided technique, preparing you to move with control and confidence. You’ll learn to connect breath, momentum, and pathways to create seamless, dripping motion—whether you’re gliding across the floor, threading your legs, rolling through your spine, or melting into the pole. 

Then we dive into slow, connected sequences that weave together: 
  • Foundational floorwork — rolls, slides, threads, and traveling patterns 
  • Low-flow pole movement — basework, rotation, transitions, and fluid shapes 
  • Flow combinations — linking floor and pole into one seamless, drippy sequence

What to Wear?
• Knee pads, socks or heels, and comfortable layers recommended

Bring Your Heels! We do suggest to always try new tricks without heels first to be safe, but the only way to get better at dancing in heels is to practice wearing them. NO pressure to those who don't want to dance in heels.

By reserving your spot in class online, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk and understand that technology (internet issues, screen view, lighting, etc.) may stand in the way of receiving a full quality class. If the connection is lost during class, we will try our best to restore you back to class. 

You acknowledge that you have inspected your home pole and fitness equipment to the best of your ability and declare it is safe for use during class, to the best of your knowledge. Your workout space is safe and clear and you have a crash mat to protect yourself from injury. You are attending class at a time when someone else is home, in case of emergency. 

Online class passes, like all passes, cannot be refunded. All online class participants receive a recording of the class after it ends that remains in your account for one week.

This Class May Be Canceled if There is Low Enrollment: You will receive email notification at least 4 hours prior to class start time if you are the only student signed up for class to alert you of the class cancelation. You will also receive emails from Punchpass indicating your registration has been removed from the canceled class, so please check your email on file 4 hours prior to class start time for any updates. Morning classes may be canceled the night before if there is low enrollment.
