Use this 90min session to practice the skills you know on the Pole Silks!
If you have experience dancing with pole silks or have taken Pole Silks with LisaBella previously, register for this session and explore this fun pole apparatus while the silks are still hung at the studio.
No instructions will be given during this session, it is only for experienced pole silks dancers to explore and create. If you want to learn pole silks, register for LisaBella's Pole Silks workshops happening right before this Open Practice on Sunday, December 21st: https://poleinthewall.com/events
Make sure you warm up and cool down — and feel free to collaborate with others in the session.
What to Wear:
Recommend wearing armpit and waist coverage. No jewelry or clothing with zippers or other clasps that could snag the fabric.
This class is limited to 6 students, so you will be sharing dance space and poles with others.

You Are Always in Charge of Your Body & Your Workout
For safety and learning, your instructor may offer students hands-on spotting during the class. Instructors will always clearly explain how hands-on assistance will be given for each trick, and each student's consent is always requested and respected when offered a spot. Students are not encouraged to spot others for safety reasons.

If you use the Ticket Option to register, you cannot cancel your registration. Tickets can only be transferred once to another session of the same or lower price, like a workshop, class, or pole lab. Send transfer requests via email to Office Team during business hours 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Transfers can only be processed during Office Hours. You may only request one transfer per ticket.
Bookings will stay open for dancers to register until this session begins!
