This is the Online Version of our in-studio Chair Acro Combos Workshop w/Gin-ni Gelato.

Workshop: Chair Acro Combos w/ Gin-ni Gelato!
Beginner / Intermediate

In this class we will be focusing on combining acro moves on the chair. This will include flexibility, strength training & core engagement. I will have trick variations for all levels. 

Students will learn a few great combinations for chair that can be used in choreographies or videos!  

What to Wear? Wear shorts and bring leggings for this class as well as a comfy top.

By reserving your spot in class online, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk and understand that technology (internet issues, screen view, lighting, etc.) may stand in the way of receiving a full quality class. If the connection is lost during class, we will try our best to restore you back to class. 

You acknowledge that you have inspected your home pole and fitness equipment to the best of your ability and declare it is safe for use during class, to the best of your knowledge. Your workout space is safe and clear and you have a crash mat to protect yourself from injury. You are attending class at a time when someone else is home, in case of emergency. 

Online class passes, like all passes, cannot be refunded. All online class participants receive a recording of the class after it ends that remains in your account for one week.

This class is limited to 9 in-studio students and 8 online. Be mindful that internet and connection issues may occur during your class. We will always do our best to ensure online students have a great experience, but some things can be out of our control.
