Online: Chair Acro Combos Workshop
with Gin-ni Gelato

In this class we will be focusing on combining acro moves on the chair. This will include flexibility, strength training & core engagement. I will have trick variations for all levels. 

Students will learn a few great combinations for chair that can be used in choreographies or videos!  

What to Wear? Wear shorts and bring leggings for this class as well as a comfy top.

Your workout space is safe and clear and you have a crash mat to protect yourself from injury. You are attending class at a time when someone else is home, in case of emergency. 

Online class passes, like all passes, cannot be refunded. All online class participants receive a recording of the class after it ends that remains in your account for one week.
