🔧 Split Happens: Engineering Your Pole Splits 🧰
Welcome to the lab, dancers! In this workshop-style class, we’re putting on our Pole Engineer hats and breaking down the blueprint for achieving, refining, and flaunting those gravity-defying pole splits. We’ll get technical—anatomy-informed drills, active flexibility flows, and strength-building exercises designed to safely construct both grounded and aerial split variations.
Whether you’re chasing your flatline, working on jade, or dreaming of that show-stopping spatchcock, this class is your structured path to split success. Expect tools, tricks, and techniques to improve alignment, balance, and control—with a side of sass and satisfaction.

Pre-requisites:
All levels welcome – flexibility is built, not born!
What to Wear:
Wear what makes you confident and comfortable.
This class is limited to 10 students, so you will be sharing dance space, equipment, and poles with others.

You Are Always in Charge of Your Body & Your Workout
For safety and learning, your instructor may offer students hands-on spotting during the class. Instructors will always clearly explain how hands-on assistance will be given for each trick, and each student's consent is always requested and respected when offered a spot. Students are not encouraged to spot others for safety reasons.

If you use the Ticket Option to register, you cannot cancel your registration. Tickets can only be transferred once to another session of the same or lower price, like a workshop, class, or pole lab. Send transfer requests via email to Office Team during business hours 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Transfers can only be processed during Office Hours. You may only request one transfer per ticket.
Bookings will stay open for dancers to register until this session begins!
