Online: Sexy Flow & Freestyle Workshop

In the first 60mins of this session, you will learn sexy flows and phrases in your platform heels (or socks!), featuring base work, low flow, and floor work tricks you can make your own. 

The final 30mins of this session will be dedicated to freestyle in your heels (or socks!)! 

You'll leave this workshop with tools to expand your movement quality from dynamic to soft, echoing the music, the lyrics, creating music through movement, or abandoning accompaniment altogether. 

Pirouette, Knee Hook Spin, Backward Shoulder Roll, and Fan Kick.

Heels and knee pads are a recommended, and wear something that makes you feels sexy!

By reserving your spot in class online, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk and understand that technology (internet issues, screen view, lighting, etc.) may stand in the way of receiving a full quality class. If the connection is lost during class, we will try our best to restore you back to class. 

You acknowledge that you have inspected your home pole and fitness equipment to the best of your ability and declare it is safe for use during class, to the best of your knowledge. Your workout space is safe and clear and you have a crash mat to protect yourself from injury. You are attending class at a time when someone else is home, in case of emergency. 

Online class passes, like all passes, cannot be refunded. All online class participants receive a recording of the class after it ends that remains in your account for one week.
