Embrace your inner sexy in this 60min low flow heels choreography workshop. 

We will learn a slow and seductive choreography that will be sure to captivate and mesmerize. Let's work on transitions up and down the pole, all while maintaining stage presence, focusing on musicality and audience engagement. 

Prerequisites: 
Comfortable with transitions using the pole while wearing platform heels using multiple grips (twisted grip, princess grip, full bracket grip, etc). Modifications available for accessibility. 

Pole clothing that makes you feel sexy. Platform heels required. Kneepads highly recommended.

By reserving your spot in class online, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk and understand that technology (internet issues, screen view, lighting, etc.) may stand in the way of receiving a full quality class. If the connection is lost during class, we will try our best to restore you back to class. 

You acknowledge that you have inspected your home pole and fitness equipment to the best of your ability and declare it is safe for use during class, to the best of your knowledge. Your workout space is safe and clear and you have a crash mat to protect yourself from injury. You are attending class at a time when someone else is home, in case of emergency. 

Online class passes, like all passes, cannot be refunded. All online class participants receive a recording of the class after it ends that remains in your account for one week.
