Combining elements of floorwork and basework, learn how to seduce and entice using leg rotations, waves, shoulder stands, and heel clacks.
Let's explore sexy ways to dance on the floor and transition around the base of the pole in this 75min workshop.
Prerequisites:
Working on shoulder stands/rolls. Movement sequences will be broken down and modifications included for accessibility.

What to Wear:
Pole clothing and layers. Heels encouraged. Kneepads highly recommended.
This class is limited to 7 students, so you will be sharing dance space and poles with others.

You Are Always in Charge of Your Body & Your Workout
For safety and learning, your instructor may offer students hands-on spotting during the class. Instructors will always clearly explain how hands-on assistance will be given for each trick, and each student's consent is always requested and respected when offered a spot. Students are not encouraged to spot others for safety reasons.

Workshop registrations cannot be canceled, only be transferred once to another session of the same or lower price, like a workshop, class, or pole lab. Dancers must contact Office Team by email request during Office Hours to initiate transfers. The process must be completed at least 4 hours prior to workshop start time, but please understand that requests received for workshops starting after Office Hours may not be attended to in time to be transferred. Office Hours are M-F 10:00am – 4:00pm. You may only request one transfer per ticket.
Bookings will stay open for dancers to register until this session begins!
