This is the online option for the in-studio Liquid Motion®️ Class.
This is an open level class that uses dance theory, natural organic movement, and the Liquid Motion®️ techniques and fundamentals to build a proper foundation for your floor work.
You will be led through a full body warm-up. The bulk of the class will take you through intricate floor sequences and across the floor drills.
There will be time for you to freestyle and explore your new skills. Class will end with proper cool down.
• Knee pads required.
• Layers and socks are recommended.
There is no pole dancing in this class, so you can follow along at home without a pole.
