Sensual Chair Dance
All Levels

If you're looking for a new way to dance slow and Sensual, then this chair dance class is for you. 

We will start with the warm up for the full body and then with a focus on ankles or heel work.

After warming up our full body and focusing on our ankles we will break down a couple of tricks that will be used in the months choreo. This will give you a chance to practice / condition these before having to use it in the choreo. (Variations and conditioning exercises will be provided.) 

After spending some time working on those tricks we will then transition to working on the choreo for the month.  Each week we will build on the choreo until you have a fun chair dance piece at the end of the month that you can share with social media , friends,  family, or just for yourself.  

This class will also have an added focus on stylization with our hands and feet in order to experience that slow and sensual movement with our bodies while dancing.  

What to wear?
Heels not required, but least socks encouraged for sliding. Wear layers you feel comfortable dancing in.

This class does not include a dance Pole, and you can attend at home via zoom without a pole. Please try out our fun Acro Chair & Pole class on Mondays to add more chair dance fun with the pole.

This class is limited to 7 students. This class may also have an online option, with up to 8 students joining via Zoom. 

Make sure you wipe everything down when you are done, and be mindful of the next class arriving. Don't forget to bring your water! Have a great class!

You Are Always in Charge of Your Body & Your Workout
For safety and learning, your instructor may offer students hands-on spotting during the class. Instructors will always clearly explain how hands-on assistance will be given for each trick, and each student's consent is always requested and respected when offered a spot. Students are not encouraged to spot others for safety reasons.

This 60min Class May Be Canceled if There is Low Enrollment: You will receive email notification at least 4 hours prior to class start time if you are the only student signed up for class to alert you of the class cancelation. 

You will also receive emails from Punchpass indicating your registration has been removed from the canceled class, so please check your email on file 4 hours prior to class start time for any updates. Morning classes may be canceled the night before if there is low enrollment.

If you miss registration cut off time, and would like to attend class, make sure you have an active pass in your account and there's still space for you to attend the session, please still come practice! We can register you when you arrive — but please try to register in advance <3

Arrive early (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.
