This static pole workshop includes a lot of throwing your body at the pole (safely). We’re going to learn the mechanics of jumping to the pole or bouncing back to the pole and immediately transitioning that into a move.
No, it should not hurt. Yes, it will be weird.
Pre-Reqs: climbs, basic pole handstand

Arrive early (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.
This class is limited to 7 students, so you may be sharing a pole with one other student.
