Kips & Cartwheels
Intermediate Level
Bring knee pads and heels that cover your toes because it’s about to get aggressive. We are going to break down a variety of pole based kips, cartwheels and flip like movements. This workshops is all about understanding the basics of kips before we jump into them. We will focus on ankle stability, muscle engagement and just the right amount of momentum.
Prerequisites: inverts, shoulder stand, shoulder roll
Platform heels that cover your toes required. Kneepads highly recommended.

This class is limited to 7 in-studio students and 8 online. Be mindful that internet and connection issues may occur during your class. We will always do our best to ensure online students have a great experience, but some things can be out of our control.
