Are you looking for a new pole challenge? Or maybe you want to introduce a friend to Pole? Then you don't want to miss out on our next duo pole Workshop.
We will start with a warm-up to help prepare us for the workshop. We will then transition to double floor tricks, after we then will transition to doubles low pole tricks, low spin tricks, and other fun tricks of that nature. We then transition into practicing doubles climbs to get up the pole.
These tend to be easier then a regular climb , so prepared to get high! ( At your comfort level of course). After we have all gone up the pole, we will practice these doubles climbs combining them with doubles tricks higher on the Pole.
Finally, we will end the workshop with free time for you and your partner to experiment and then a cool down to stretch.
Be sure to come ready to take pics and videos with your Pole friends!

Arrive early (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.
This class is limited to 7 students, so you may be sharing a pole with one other student.
