Do you love lace and leather? Maybe a little choreo with some whips and chains as props? Then you don't want to miss out on this fun Lace and Leather Latin Flow Workshop. (Try saying that 5 times fast) .
The workshop will start with a full body warm up and that will end with ankle exercises without and then with heels .
After our warm up we will have a quick conversation about using props and then begin working on a fun sexy choreo using whatever sexy prop you decide to bring to Becky G - Mala Santa.
We will then end will a cool down and stretch.
This will be an exciting new take on an old class favorite that I can't wait to bring to you. Who needs the club Friday night when you can dance it all out at this workshop?
(Have pasties just in case and definitely have water!)
