This is the Online Version of our in-studio Gentle Pole Yoga class.

This 60min class is open to all levels, and runs like a Yin Yoga class where we hold poses rather than actively stretching. 

Each class is designed to help improve the range of motion in your muscles and joints to perform those sexy Flexy Tricks we all love so much as well as relaxing your mind and body for the week. 

Wear yoga or pole clothes, something comfortable to stretch in and maybe try a flex move on the pole at the end of class. You will need a yoga mat, blocks, and straps or the equivalent to participate at home.

This class is limited to 9 in-studio students and 8 online. Be mindful that internet and connection issues may occur during your class. We will always do our best to ensure online students have a great experience, but some things can be out of our control.
