60min Acro Yoga Workshop with Cris Rivers & Shannon

Enjoy yoga by yourself? Looking for a new challenge in your Yoga Practice? Or Maybe just looking for something fun to do with a friend or loved one.  Then this Acro Yoga class is for you! 

We start you off with a fun warm up including 1 person and 2 people stretches.  We then go to a couple of beginner Acro Yoga tricks and work our way up to harder poses and maybe even an acro yoga transition.  

Each person will be given the chance to be the base or the flyer.  Don’t miss out on this fun opportunity to stretch with friends while using your friends!

Attire: Something comfortable that you can move in, like leggings and tanks or t-shirts.
