If there is just one person registered for the 90min Pole Lab: POUND & Pole when registration has closed, the session will become a 60min POUND Fitness Class. 

POUND is a high energy, choose your own impact, adventure… all rolled into a cardio workout that gets you dancing! Channel your inner rockstar with our fast paced rock, pop, and hip hop setlist, sure to jumpstart your day or week! Instead of listening to the music, you become the music in this full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movement. 

POUND is for EVERY BODY, I started doing POUND about 4 years ago, in a much heavier body, and my favorite thing about it is the ability to make modifications to meet you wherever you are!

Feel free to stay up to 10mins after your class to use the mats, blocks, and straps to stretch and cool yourself down more if you need! Make sure you wipe everything down when you are done, and be mindful of the next class arriving.

Arrive early (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.

This class is limited to 7 students.
