If you are Level 1 and up, join us for 90mins of pole time for just one class pass!

Our 90min Pole Lab: Flex Tricks session will run as follows:

• The first hour your instructor will being leading the group through 2-3 bendy tricks that incorporate splits and backbends with progressions for every level. Your instructor will warm you up for each trick using active flexibility and mobility exercises, and will be available for spotting help. 

• Then during the final 30mins, students can use the poles to practice for an unguided Open Practice Session. Use this time to try the Flex Tricks in heels, stretch, condition, practice other pole tricks, use the fitness equipment in the studio, and to work with others who may be attending the session.

Remember to cool yourself down before you leave class!

Use any of our in-studio class passes to attend this special 90min session!

Please let us know if you have special requirements for your session so we can prepare them before you arrive.

Our studio is also equipped with safety mats, yoga mats, blocks, straps, stretch bands, yoga balls, and weights. You will have share control of the lights and music at a reasonable volume during your practice with others also using the space. An instructor will always be available for safety, but studio rental sessions are considered unguided practice, and rental students should safely practice only what they have already learned.

90min Pole Labs will never be canceled due to low enrollment. 90min Pole Labs with just one person registered will run as an unguided 60min Open Practice instead of the 90min session. The student enrolled in the 90min Pole Lab will be alerted via email at least 4 hours prior to session start time of the change.


This session is limited to 7 students through the 90min period. There may be up to 8 students joining online.

If you miss registration cut off time, you have an active pass in your account and there's still space for you to attend the session, please still come practice! We can register you when you arrive. 

Arrive early (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.
