This is the ONLINE option for the Lyrical Pole Flow Class.
Beginner level polers and up can attend this 60min pole flow class that will help you fill in the spaces between your pole tricks. This is the class to take if you are looking to dance more with the pole, including floorwork, basework, and tricks up and down the pole.
All levels are encouraged to attend, but we recommend you know how to do a dip turn, a pirouette, fan kicks, and climbs to get the most out of this class.
Class will end with conditioning, and stretches.

This class is limited to 5 in-studio students and 8 online. Be mindful that internet and connection issues may occur during your class. We will always do our best to ensure online students have a great experience, but some things can be out of our control.
