Flexxy’s (Affrica Parrish) Twerk Class teaches individuals how to shake, pop, clap, drop and shimmy. We will work on levels of booty pops. There will be a breakdown of each move and each move will be drilled and put into a bootylicious twerk routine. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in for this 60min class and get ready to sweat!

Attire: whatever makes you feel confident, knee pads required.

Feel free to stay up to 10mins after your class to use the mats, blocks, and straps to stretch and cool yourself down more if you need! Make sure you wipe everything down when you are done, and be mindful of the next class arriving.
