Online Tricks in Heels
This is the Online Version of our in-studio Tricks in Heels class.
All levels can take this 60 minute class where we safely break down pole tricks while wearing our heels. Learn walks, waves, and tricks up and down the static and spin pole in this class.
Wear platform heels (Pleasers) and something that makes you feels sexy. Pole wear is recommended as we will need contact points available for many of the tricks.

Knee pads are not required, but are recommended for floor tricks.
Class will end with freestyle, conditioning, and stretches.

This class is limited to 7 in-studio students and 8 online. Be mindful that internet and connection issues may occur during your class. We will always do our best to ensure online students have a great experience, but some things can be out of our control.
