This workshop is open to all levels! 

Pole Silks is great on its own or for building strength up and conditioning yourself for regular spin pole.

Following a full body dynamic warm up we will be getting  comfortable with some basic pole silks moves and the feeling of spinning . 

Nice slow combo featuring fireman, fire lady, chair , cross leg chair, lay back chair with leg variations and an easy two handed  reverse grab that will give your flow the wow factor. 

Then we will begin learning how to utilize the silks for conditioning and entering into shoulder mount , iguana , Ayesha, etc. With the added support of the silks we can start engaging and strengthening the muscles needed for these moves as well as start to establish the mind muscle connection needed to make the moves feel second nature. 

We will finish the flow session with some invert conditioning using the fabric for support.  Let's get stronger 💪.

Wear whatever you're comfortable in for pole class. 

Feel free to stay up to 10mins after your class to use the mats, blocks, and straps to stretch and cool yourself down more if you need! Make sure you wipe everything down when you are done, and be mindful of the next class arriving.
