Freestyling can be… scary, awkward, intimidating, [insert whatever feeling might be holding you back on exploring your pole movement]. Come learn some effective strategies to start implementing freestyle into your pole practice!
In this workshop Molly will cover the fundamentals of freestyling, address common challenges dancers experience, and facilitate some fun exercise for students to get the creative energy flowing!
Feel free to stay up to 10mins after your workshop to use the mats, blocks, and straps to stretch and cool yourself down more if you need! Make sure you wipe everything down when you are done, and be mindful of the next class arriving.

This workshop is limited to 7 students, so you may be sharing a pole with one other student.
