This 60 minute low impact class will take you on a journey through your muscles through a serious of active flexibility and mobility exercises that will help prevent injuries.

This special Saturday Night class will also feature musical accompaniment, sometimes live via zoom, or pre-recorded by local DJs! If you have a suggestion for a DJ that would be interested in providing us music, send us an email!

Wear comfortable blacklight reactive clothes to enjoy the glow while you stretch, and have bare feet. Open to all levels! 

Limited amount of mats and props will be provided, so feel free to bring your own if you prefer not to share.

Please remember to check if your class is being held in our Main Studio in Suite #93A or our Down the Hall Studio in Suite #95G. Arrive early if you are unsure (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.
