Learn all levels doubles tricks on this fun apparatus that combines a pole with a lyra in this 75min workshop. 

You'll begin with a warmup and then learn different ways to move, spin, and make shapes safely on the lollipop apparatus with a partner.

Learn tricks below and inside the lyra, using the pole. Basic spins will be explored and the workshop will end with freestyle, conditioning, and stretches. 

Shorts and tank tops are most comfortable for this workshop, open to all levels!


Feel free to stay up to 10mins after your class to use the mats, blocks, and straps to stretch and cool yourself down more if you need! Make sure you wipe everything down when you are done, and be mindful of the next class arriving.

Arrive early (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.

This workshop is limited to 5 students. 

The lollipop lyra is comprised of our Stainless Steel pole on the X-stage pole base with a Powder Coated Lyra attached to the top.

Quinn's pole journey started in 2017 after rediscovering their childhood passion for dance. 

Teaching since 2019, they went on to co-found Fly Together Fitness, a set of pole studios based in the Boston area. Quinn enjoys teaching tricks, technique, and low flow for all different levels of pole. Their mission is to support the growth of their students by providing a basis of solid technique and encouraging students to take what they've learned and develop their own creative style.
