Want to take it slow? This is the class for you! Explore the base of the pole and the floor with some slooooooow low flow!

Floorwork, base tricks, and pole handstands will be incorporated into each flow, and dancers will get a better handle on how to make mindful, smooth transitions while keeping their technique from one pole trick to the next.

Students will be taught a new flow every month that repeats on the right and left, so if you come every week you can perfect the movements in your own authentic way and make it your own! 

You can also suggest your favorite low flow, basework, and floor tricks to be included in an upcoming flow!

This class is open to all levels!  Wear platform heels, socks, slippers, barefoot, whatever your footwear aesthetic — but knee pads are a must. 

Feel free to stay up to 10mins after your class to use the mats, blocks, and straps to stretch and cool yourself down more if you need! Make sure you wipe everything down when you are done, and be mindful of the next class arriving.

This class is limited to 5 students. This class may also have an online option, with up to 8 students joining via Zoom.
