In this 60min class, students will be led through a Power Yoga Flow designed specifically for strength movements and poses beneficial to their pole practice. 

Class will start with a warm up flow and expand onto more challenging movements, and end with a cool down/restorative flow. All levels class  — variations will be offered.

Open to all levels! 

Mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer not to share.

Please remember to check if your class is being held in our Main Studio in Suite #93A or our Down the Hall Studio in Suite #95G. Arrive early if you are unsure (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.

This class is limited to 9 students. This class may also have an online option, with up to 8 students joining via Zoom. 

For pole classes held in our Down the Hall Studio, please let us know if you prefer using our Silicone Pole instead of Stainless Steel at least 2 hours prior to class start time so your teacher can accommodate. 

Bottles of water are available for purchase in our Main Studio
