This is the Online Version of our in-studio Power Yoga class.

Students will be led through a Power Yoga Flow designed specifically for strength movements and poses beneficial to their pole practice. 

Class will start with a warm up flow and expand onto more challenging movements, and end with a cool down/restorative flow. All levels class  — variations will be offered.

Open to all levels! You'll need a yoga mat and props like a block and a strap at home, or use the equivalent and be creative and safe.

This class is limited to 10 in-studio students and 8 online. Be mindful that internet and connection issues may occur during your class. We will always do our best to ensure online students have a great experience, but some things can be out of our control.
