Hoop Dance Classes are a unique and exciting way to exercise, aimed to bring awareness to circus arts and alternative styles of fitness, while encouraging students to connect the mind and body with unconventional or unfamiliar forms of movements. The hoops are provided, all you need to bring is an open mind.

The main focus of this class is to learn hoop dance movements beyond traditional waist hooping. We will be incorporating the hoop into some basic stretches and exercise movements during warmup. For the body of the class we will go over a variety of tricks at different skill levels that will leave people with something they could practice at home. The rest of the class will be an open free flow session where students can practice with the hoops provided or ask questions for more one on one instruction.
This workshop is open to all skill levels, no prior experience is required but we will try to challenge the experienced hooper!
