Is Ayesha one of your pole goals or an ongoing nemesis move? In this workshop, we will be talking about our body mechanics in Ayesha including the 4 main grips (true, cup, elbow, twisted). 

We will go through Ayesha-specific conditioning and learn progression tricks to help us accomplish Ayesha like butterfly, caterpillar climbs, hang glider and a few more! Lets get you closer to your Ayesha goals!! 

 Prerequisites: comfortable in jasmine!
