Then this is the workshop for you!
The class will Start with a Warm Up to prepare you for the workshop. We then will work on
some fun rightside up drops, and transition into some fun upside down drops . From there we
will go into some fun Power Pole Combos and flips, ending with a Cool down and time to
stretch!
Be sure to bring a notebook and pen to jot down some conditioning tips to perfect your favorite
tricks on your own!
