athletes! 

This workshop explores off and on-the-pole conditioning drills designed to help you get your inverts, Ayeshas, and many more strength & power moves.

Build endurance and stay injury-free with targeted conditioning developed with pole athlete needs in mind.

Yana’s pole dance journey started in Russia in 2010. Since then, she has poled across Russia, Europe, and the United States. Yana is an ElevatED certified pole instructor and NASM certified personal trainer. Her certifications include Exotic and pole fundamental & advanced teaching courses from My Pole Space (St Petersburg, Russia). Yana is an instructor at Body&Pole and Everybody’s Nimble in New York City. She is passionate about heels pole’ography, helping students find their flow, and cross-training for pole dancers to prevent injuries.
