Perform or flow during this hour in front of an audience of your peers without critiques, to get you familiar with the feeling of being watched. Then let Cris take you through a restorative yoga class full of mantras to help you be the best, most confident dancer you can be. 

Learn to balance the repetition and conditioning of competition practice with gentle self care using tips from Cris that will help you even after competition is over.
