Need to extra time upside down on the pole?  This 60min class is for polers Level 2+ looking to improve inverts, shoulder mounts, and more!  

We start with a warm up, then invert  and shoulder mount conditioning exercises either from the floor, or if you're ready, up the pole.  Then we will work on beautiful Inverted tricks, such as Gemini Climbs, Butterfly, Extended Butterfly , Aleges, Archer, Broken Doll, Pegasus and more!  

Not comfortable in the air? No worries we offer regressions from the floor until you are ready to take it up the pole.  Finish with a cool down and Freestyle.

Feel free to stay up to 10mins after your class to use the mats, blocks, and straps to stretch and cool yourself down more if you need! Make sure you wipe everything down when you are done, and be mindful of the next class arriving.

Please remember to check if your class is being held in our Main Studio in Suite #93A or our Down the Hall Studio in Suite #95G. Arrive early if you are unsure (especially for our night classes) — here are directions to help! We lock the doors for safety after warmup.

This class is limited to 7 students, so you may be sharing a pole with one other student. This class may also have an online option, with up to 8 students joining via Zoom. 

For pole classes held in our Down the Hall Studio, please let us know if you prefer using our Silicone Pole instead of Stainless Steel at least 2 hours prior to class start time so your teacher can accommodate.
